The Weekly Rate Includes: Electricity, A/C, water, Governante service (2 hrs) per day, WiFi internet access, gardener and pool maintenance service and a dedicated concierge to help plan your stay and free access to the pool complex.

Food, beverage and provisioning fee are not included. Chef service, personal laundry and telephone charges are additional and paid locally in Euro. Please ask your villa specialist for these charges. EUR380.00 one time Housekeeping Fee will be billed upon check out. EUR2.50 per night per person city tax is payable locally (children of 12 years old and under are exempt).
