This large, three-story villa is set within its own private park and includes a long list of features and comforts that make it an ideal choice for a large group or family visiting the region.

The villa may be close to the city, but guests will feel as if they are directly in the Tuscan countryside. This is because the villa has been designed with many outdoor living spaces, large lawns, olive groves, gardens, and privacy at all times. Like so many villas, this is framed by a terrace and there is a perfect al fresco dining area just outside of the villa. Along with this you will enjoy several patio areas and a lovely path to the private pool.

There are seven bedrooms in the villa, and there are also many shared living spaces spread out over the three floors. At the lowest level is the small fitness room with a sauna. The ground floor is where you will enjoy the enormous scale of the entrance hall with its paneled ceiling and original fireplace. There are two living rooms along with the large and welcoming kitchen on this level. Up another level takes you to a great hall and a TV room. One more floor takes you to a quieter sitting room ideal for the readers among you.
