STUNNING BOUTIQUE STYLE COUNTRY COTTAGE

Following a complete renovation completed May 2016, the cottage is luxuriously appointed to a 5* boutique style standard. Situated in the centre of the tranquil village of Baslow, surrounded by beautiful Derbyshire countryside, yet within easy reach of local Market Towns and Stately Homes. Chatsworth House being a mere 5 minutes’ drive.

Designer white gloss bespoke Kitchen units, integrated Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Ceramic Sink and Black Granite Worktops.

Cosy Lounge seating area styled by The Sofa and Chair Company London, with electric log effect Stove burner and Samsung Curved Plasma TV screen offering both Freeview and all Satellite channels. Glass dining Table and chairs.

Complimentary Superfast Fibre BT Broadband (download speeds 38 Mbps and upload speeds 9.50Mbps).

Bathroom comprises a stunning Lagoon styled Bath Tub and separate Wet Room Walk in large Shower, Black and White designed floor tiles and vanity Black Gloss Cabinet and basin, with overhead LED mirror. Includes White Fluffy Towels and Molton Brown Bathing products.

Luxuriously appointed Master Bedroom, incorporates a generous King sized Bed, Luxury Sateen 500 Thread count White Cotton Bed linen, Bed side cabinets, individual reading lighting above the bed, and a White Gloss Sliding Wardrobe.

The cottage has been dressed with Bespoke luxury Curtains and Blinds throughout. The staircase is carpeted in a wool carpet and the other flooring is in a dark grey Oak.

All the lighting can be controlled on dimmer switch facilities. Fire alarms and Carbon Monoxide detectors are fitted.

Large Stone Vaulted Cellar Utility Room - includes Samsung Washing Machine, Clothes Airer, Iron, Ironing Board, Hoover etc.

Located Outside, to the front of the property is a Cottage style Garden and seating area, and to the rear of the property is another courtyard seating area, providing two separate areas of outside space.

The cottage is fully equipped with all necessary items for a holiday stay.

“Beautiful ash cottage.”

Stayed here for a few days absolutely fabulous ,cottage high quality through out .very comfortable queen size bed, stunning bathroom,and all mod cons in bespoke fitted kitchen with granite worktops,comfortable sitting area with 40' TV on wall Tracey even has blankets to use to sit outside with.Baslow is a lovely village with 3 pubs/restraunts and shop 30 yards a way and chatsworth house 2 miles. Thanks again Tracey for a memorable stay.We would definitely recommend ash cottage .
