This end-terrace cottage is in the town of Matlock near to Bakewell and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.34 Church Street is a lovely end-terrace cottage situated in the town of Matlock just eight miles from Bakewell in the Peak District. The cottage can sleep three people in one super king-size double bedroom and one single, as well as family wet room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for one car and roadside parking and garden with patio with furniture. 34 Church Street is a delightful cottage to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 2 x Smart TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking nearby on a first come, first served basis. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed garden with gravelled area, patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: Single room does not have hanging space. Note: River at bottom of garden, children to be supervised.
