Napton Fields Holiday Cottages are located on a working farm, along a tree lined drive with easy access to main road routes and motorways.
Our Holiday Cottages are perfectly situated when visiting rural Warwickshire for business or pleasure. 5 minutes from Warwick House wedding Venue in Southam and Dallas Burston Polo Ground.
The Cart Barn – Is a traditional barn, which has been lovingly converted to a high specification self catering holiday let, with exposed beams & feature brickwork. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a pleasant & memorable stay for our guests.
Each cottage is fully furnished with open plan fitted, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar/work area & lounge.
Under floor heating throughout and hot water provided by a ground source heat pump.
The Cart Barn has a double bedroom and a separate shower room with walk-in shower.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing the option to accommodate extra guests.
Overnight Stabling and equestrian facilities also available on site.

“Lovely, well equipped, comfortable cottage”
The Cart Barn is warm and cosy, there’s a comfortable bed and a good shower in a lovely big shower cubicle, the interior has been beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. The barn has a pretty outlook onto fields and there’s a good parking area. It was nice to meet Rita the owner who was very helpful and we enjoyed our short visit. The barn has the advantage of being in a quiet countryside location but very close to the amenities in Southam.

“Beautiful cottage and location”
We rented the stables and cart barn and both cottages were beautiful - fully equipped with everything we needed and so comfortable. Rita was very warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
