Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, Villa Le Torri offers you four independent, elegant, and comfortable apartments.

Located in the ancient Via Cassia, in the enchanting setting of Chianti Area, just 10 km from the centre of Florence and 40 from Siena and San Gimignano, the apartment "Ivy" is the perfect place to explore the beauty of Florence and Tuscany, and then come back to relax, far from the bustle and hustle of the city, and enjoy the cool and the beauty of our countryside, have a drink in the garden or a dinner in the patio, or dine out in one of the typical nearby restaurants.

In the summertime, you can also swim or sunbathe by the pool.

Recently remodelled and tastefully decorated, the villa offers 4 spacious and elegant apartments, equipped with every comfort that makes your holidays an unforgettable experience.

You enter the apartment Ivy directly in the living room, elegantly furnished with a sofa and an armchair in a warm tobacco color, a little table and TV. From the living you go to the dining area, which overlooks a private terrace equipped with tables and chairs, and to a modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever you want. Laundry cabinet.

From the living room a hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a double room, which overlooks another large terrace with rattan armchairs, coffee table, a second bedroom with bunk beds and two bathrooms with shower.

Villa Le Torri si trova sull’antica Via Cassia, nel comune di Impruneta, a meno di 20 minuti di auto dal centro storico di Firenze e 30 da Siena, immersa nel verde di un bellissimo giardino e dei boschi circostanti.

E' ideale sia per coppie alla ricerca di un luogo tranquillo, sia per famiglie con bambini, che possono divertirsi in tutta sicurezza all'aperto.

Ristrutturata di recente, la villa offre 4 spaziosi ed eleganti appartamenti indipendenti, arredati con cura, raffinati e dotati di ogni comfort per farvi vivere al meglio la vostra splendida vacanza.

L'ingresso dell'appartamento "Edera" è direttamente nell'accogliente soggiorno, elegantemente arredato con divano e poltrona in un caldo color tabacco, tavolino e TV.

Da qui si accede alla zona pranzo, con tavolo per 6, che affaccia su una terrazza privata attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, e alla moderna cucina, fornita di tutto ciò che serve per preparare colazione, pranzo e cena ogni volta che si desidera. Ripostiglio con lavatrice.

Dal soggiorno un corridoio conduce alla zona notte.

Qui troviamo la camera da letto matrimoniale molto confortevole, che affaccia su una bella terrazza attrezzata con poltrone in rattan e tavolino. Una seconda camera con letti a castello e due bagni con doccia completano l'appartamento.

Parcheggio, piscina comune, aria condizionata, riscaldamento e Wi-Fi inclusi.

Ideale per coppie o famiglie con bambini!

Strettamente raccomandata l’auto per potersi muovere in libertà.
