The property sleeps eight people and has three bedrooms, all of which have TVs and en-suite facilities, two doubles and a family room with a double and two singles. Downstairs there is a kitchen with a breakfast area and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside you have off road parking for two cars, a front gravelled area with furniture and shared access to farm fields and footpaths. By car it is easy to reach the market town of South Molton and Exmoor provides a great escape for walkers and wildlife lovers, whilst the spectacular North Devon beaches are all a short drive away. A welcoming cottage, near rugged moorland and stunning coast, West Bowden Farm is perfect for families and friends all year round.

Shop 9 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside. Note: Duck pond 30 yards from the property, children and pets must be supervised at all times.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

“Very Welcoming”

Arrived here very weary after a 16 mile hike on the Two Moors Way and the lovely lady let us put our tents up in her garden. I bought some eggs for breakfast....heaven. Thank you.
