Discover our cosy seaside holiday home nestled on a tranquil street, just a two-minute walk from the stunning south-facing Newbiggin bay with its promenade and beach. Our private courtyard, hidden from view, is the perfect spot for planning your day, enjoying outdoor meals, or simply relaxing with a drink after exploring the sights.

The home accommodates up to 6 guests (including a baby/toddler) in 2 spacious bedrooms (please note a maximum of 4 adults in 2 double beds) and offers a warm, inviting, and comfortable retreat.

The lounge boasts ample cosy seating and features a Google SMART TV with Netflix, ensuring there's always something entertaining to watch. Even on less-than-perfect weather days, you can snuggle up with a warm throw, stay connected, or indulge in your favourite Netflix series following a beachside stroll.

Our kitchen is fully equipped to make your self-catering experience a breeze. It includes a brand-new washer/dryer, an electric oven with a ceramic hob, a microwave, a large fridge freezer, a toaster, a Tassimo coffee maker, and a complete set of cutlery, crockery, and utensils. We also provide essential pantry items, toilet tissue, and hand soaps.
