Description

The property is set over three floors on the ground floor is a large fully equipped kitchen including fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle toaster and all cutlery and crockery, on this floor is also a dining room with table and chairs seating for four people.

Via stairs to the first floor is a large family bathroom with corner bath, on this floor is a further large bedroom/lounge with double bed with two lounge chairs, wardrobe and coffee table, there is also a tv with free view and DVD player.

Double glazed patio doors lead to a decked terrace with rattan garden furniture with direct views to the beach.

Via stairs to the second floor is a further large bedroom with two single beds, with direct seaviews.

The property is fully glazed and central heated throughout

Dymchurch is a children’s paradise based in Kent where there is lovely sandy beaches, amusements, children’s fairground, cafes, shops, restaurants etc and ideal for visiting Dymchurch and Romney Little Railway.

I've stayed here a few times it's lovely, it has a beautiful sea view, it's clean and close to everything. Lisa the owner left us Dymchurch Rock which was appreciated.

“Holiday flat”

This was awful. The patio doors had a hole in it and you could see the curtains moving in the wind. The knobs on oven were melted There was not a cupboard on the electric meter cupboard. Window in top bedroom screwed shut. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor.. the shower water ran black...the bed broke in the top bedroom ny husband had to fix it. The bed in the lounge was rock hard.. and i itched constantly... cost 700 for a fortnight... never again...

Response from the owner Your stay was over a year ago and we advised you at the time that there was to be new patio doors fitted but wouldn’t be fitted by the time of your stay which you was happy with there has never been a problem with plumbing and after your stay we noticed that the bed was broken but we dident charge you, since you have stayed at the property it has now been fitted with brand new patio doors and windows and completely refurbished throughout so thankyou for your completely out of date review
