Description
6 Abbeyview Cottage, is a luxury new conversion/restoration of farm buildings located on a working Arable farm.
Opening for their first season in October 2016.
This is a stand alone Cottage that was originally the old grain store.
With 3 bedrooms, bathroom and open plan living area, you will find everything you need for your self catering holiday.
ELECTRIC CHARGE POINT AVAILABLE ON SITE.
It is beautifully designed and furnished to a high standard. The cottage has an open plan kitchen dining and living area and its own designated parking. It is very well equipped with crockery, cooking utensils, dishwasher, slow cookers, washing machine , microwaves, irons, hairdryers, toiletries, Freeview. Travel cots & highchairs are available on request (bring your own cot sheets) and all have luxury bed linen and towels. A small welcome pack is provided on arrival to start you off, This consists of:- milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.
There is a small garden at the front of the property and is fenced and gated ,This area also has seating for outdoor dining and a bbq.
It is a complete home from home.
The Cottage is one of 6 properties, which can all be rented individually or as a group sleeping between 4 and 28 guests.
Number 5: 2 x bedrooms, sleeps 5 (with use of a day bed), wheelchair accessible;
Number 6: 3 x bedrooms, sleeps 5
Number 3: 3 bedrooms, sleep 6 including a bunk bed
1, 2 & 4 Abbeyview Cottage: 2 x bedrooms; sleeps 4 (nos. 1 & 2 are smaller in size – we’d say they are beautifully compact and no. 4 is more spacious);

House rules
We are happy to allow dogs (there is a charge of £10 per stay)as there are an abundance of walks direct from the Cottage but they would need to be kept on a lead while around the Holiday Cottages. We do ask that they are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Please contact us if you require more details regarding this.

“4 and 6 Abbey view cottages”
Both houses were spotless and well equipped, the views and local walks were fantastic, the walk up through the fields to Battle High Street took about 10 mins. It was a great venue, highly enjoyed.

“Tranquil, Relaxing, Cosy and Fully Equipped”
I have just returned home after spending the weekend at number 6. The 4 of us booked for a girls getaway and were not disappointed. A fabulous setting - calm, quiet and relaxing with only a short walk into the pretty town of Battle. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need - there has been a great deal of thought from Terrie and Sharon (including dishwasher tablets, washing pods, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits). Very comfy beds with soft, white bedding and fluffy towels. They’d even left us shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! A fantastic weekend which I know we will book again in the future. Thankyou.
