Description

Situated on the original stable block to Kineton Manor, Manor Mews offers purpose built holiday accommodation in the heart of a peaceful Warwickshire village. French doors from the open plan living area open to a small patio with outside dining facilities.

Both the double and twin bedrooms have separate bathroom facilities and both have glorious views over the Warwickshire countryside, overlooking the famous battlegrounds of Edge Hill. This is one of two identical properties which could be booked together and is ideal for families and small groups of friends.

Kineton is a rural village only 10 mins. drive from Junction 12 of the M40, with excellent links to the local attractions of Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Kenilworth and the Cotswolds. The village has plenty of amenities including convenience stores, a local butcher, a cafe and public houses and is well situated for countryside walks and biking.

“Quiet”

Reviewed 29 Sep 2021

Well situated cottage in the centre of Kineton, well equipped and very quiet. Comfy double bed but the mattress overlay makes it extremely hot! Disappointed that the WiFi wasn’t free as the cottage was expensive. Tried the WiFi that you paid for but it was useless almost better to stop on 4G. No garden so not suitable for children just a very small area for table and chairs by the driveway. Not ideal if you don’t like animals as the chickens and dog roam freely, both came in to see us!! We were delighted! Why the extra £30 for cleaning surely this should be covered in the original price.

Response from the owner Hi D, it was clearly stated when you booked that we have free range chickens, most people enjoy them, sorry you did not! The pictures available pre booking clearly show the outside space so this should not really have been a surprise. I have never charged anything for Wi-Fi so I don’t really understand your comment regarding that, it is and always has been completely free.

“Idyllic location”

Reviewed 28 Oct 2017

From the moment we stepped into the cottage, we felt so at home. A beautiful setting in a picturesque village. There are a few local shops, for one to stock up on essentials, alongside the stunning green views. The cottage is also not more than half an hour away, from the tourist spots of Stratford upon Avon and Leamington Spa. Debbie was very welcoming, more than happy to answer any questions and sort out any issues we may have had. We had a lovely time here and would highly recommend a visit to this cosy cottage and the surrounding areas.

“Excellent location”

Reviewed 24 Oct 2017

This mews house is bigger than the photos suggest and was very comfortable for 4 adults. kitchen well stocked and furniture is comfortable. The setting is ideal, in a small gated courtyard, round the corner from the village it is 2 minutes walk to the shop, pub and local fish and chip shop! Ideal location. Owner easy to contact and very good communication. My one small niggle was it could have done with a good dust around skirtings however overall it is a fantastic cottage with great facilities and a great location. Would recommend it.
