Description
The detached 3 bedroom 2017 Luxury Holiday Lodge is situated on Misty Bay within the very beautiful Tattershall Lakes Country Park. Private hot tub with beautiful lakeside position overlooking the water-skiing lake. It’s location makes it ideal for families and friends to enjoy the extensive on-site facilities or enjoy a peaceful well-earned break in a special location.
The lodge is a 2017 Luxury model and is very spacious including all necessary equipment / facilities needed to offer a home from home holiday The lodge has 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size divan bed + en-suite bathroom which comprises of shower, wc and wash basin, there is also a 24 inch free view tv. The further 2 bedrooms have 2 single divan beds with wardrobes and drawers + 24 inch free view tv’s with built in DVD players. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and wash basin. The living area is open plan and comprises of a kitchen which is spacious with integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, gas oven, 4 burner gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a modern table with 4 chairs + 2 stools at the breakfast bar this then leads into the open plan living space, where there is a 40 inch TV + DVD player and modern electric fire, comfortable free standing settees and coffee table. One of the settees is also a pull out double bed making the lodge suitable for 6 adults or 4 Adults & 2 Children. The lounge and dining area has French doors which lead onto a decked private veranda which contains the Hot Tub (Max 6 people) + Garden Furniture and looks out onto the water skiing lake. The veranda is fenced off with a gate.The lodge has a full gas central heating system + PVC double glazing and you will also find a selection of books, games and DVDs.
Mains Electric, Piped Gas and bed linen + towels are included in the rent and there is off road parking for 2 cars.
The Lodge has unlimited WIFI
We have recently added a patio facing the lake with a kettle BBQ and seating

Based out of the Castle Lake, with the amazing backdrop of Tattershall Castle get on your board and seek the thrill!
Water Skiiing & Jet Ski - There is a dedicated Jetski lake which is about 45 acres and filled with clear water. Plus you can also enjoy Waterskiing, as there is even a large 85 acre lake set aside for Boat Owners.

Note – between March and October Tattershall Lakes Country Park will require you to purchase facility / entertainment passes in order to access some of their facilities i.e. Indoor & outdoor Swimming Pools, Sauna, Gym, Spa area. These can be purchased from ourselves before your visit as activities can be booked 14 to 21 days in advance . Current prices are £40 to £60 for 3 to 4 nights or £80 to £100 for 7 nights for up to 6 people
Fishing,Golf,Water sports incur a charge payable separate to any of the other passes

The Lodge is fitted with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher
Note: Fenced veranda is close to lake edge + hot tub is sunk into decking so must be left covered when not in use, children must be supervised at all times.
There is also an RAF base nearby - there may be some associated noise. Check in 3pm, check out 10am.
Please bring your own towels / dressing gowns for use with the hot tub

“Amazing lodge and week”
Two families having a weeks break. Communication from owners throughout was amazing, even sending a text on day of arrival telling lodge was ready for us. The lodge was spotless when we arrived and much more spacious than the photos show. The location is the other side of a large lake from all the entertainment zone (10mins walk around lake) which was good for us. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and would highly recommend this lodge.

“Fantastic time”
This lodge was lovely and had everything you could possibly need for a lovely stay. The position as well was ideal and with lovely views across to the entertainment area. We had a lovely comfortable week and thanks to our hosts for letting us share their beautiful home.

“Weekend at tattershall”
We had a fantastic weekend at tattershall lakes. The accommodation was perfect and exactly what we needed. The owners were great at providing all of the information, the accommodation was very clean and included extras such as Bluetooth speakers, hot tub, towels, games and various tv channels/Nintendo wii etc. Brilliant spot on the lake, we will definitely book again! Thank you

“relaxing break would suit family or couples”
had a four night away break what an amazing lodge, everything you need a home from home, great views looking over the lake although weather was kind to us sitting there in the warm summer you could almost imagine you were abroad at night listening to the music and seeing all the lights, the hot tub was an added bonus too made well use of it . Husband loved feeding the ducks too lol - very peaceful and not noisy and very secluded too in the hot tub. The park itself is big with loads to do, very clean and all staff were very friendly and welcoming, great communication with Helen and Glen and cant thank them for recommending the country pub just as you enter the site it was amazing and staff very friendly and welcoming Will definitely be back probably in the summer months to make use of the outdoor swimming pool and to go to beach - hopefully next year when there is no covid

“Amazing 3 days”
From the moment we unlocked the cabin we wanted for nothing, it was a fantastic home from home, amazing view across the lake and great relaxing times in the hot tub,easy to book and instructions for everything in the cabin, dont pass up on the chance the visit, We will definitely be rebooking again Thank you

“Fantastic lodge”
We have just returned form 9 night in this luxurious lodge . It had everything you could want for you stay. We have 3 boys and they loved spending time in the hot tub and playing on the wii console . Lots of books and DVD’s to choose from . The lodge was immaculately clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. This lodge is just the right distance from the main centre taking about 10 minutes to walk . I would highly recommend it to anyone . Also if visiting the park I highly recommend going to woodland spa to eat at one of the many restaurants . We recommend the Indian village it was lovely !! We hope to be back soon Thanks

“Lovely relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings”
We stayed for a week at 20 Misty Bay, it was a beautiful lodge with a hot tub overlooking the water skiing lake. The views were amazing, the break totally recharged our batteries. The lodge was well equipped & we didn’t want for anything. Would definitely recommend.
