Description

Uniquely positioned on a quiet residential street which leads from St Helen's Village Green via Mill Lane to the sea. From the bottom of the lane turn left at the Old Mill and walk across the Duver to St Helens beach and sample the menu at Baywatch cafe; or turn right to Bembridge Marina and the village, or more beaches and wooded walks.

Priory Bay and Seaview may also be reached on foot along the coast.

At the top of the road is a traditional English Village Green boasting two excellent restaurants, children's play area, post office, general store, bus stop and, of course, the village pub.

The apartment itself, is comfortably refurbished , child friendly, and is the perfect place to relax after the day's adventures.

It has the benefit of WIFI.

The adjacent apartment may be booked at discounted rate for those who would like to holiday with family or friends.

Ideal for a relaxing beach holiday, or as a centre for walking, cycling and bird-watching.

The interior has been totally renovated . The fitted kitchen, decorations and flooring are all in good condition.

Travel cot and high chair available on request. The rooms are reasonably spacious and I would recommend the apartment for groups of 2-3 adults and up to 3 children.

The apartment has a secluded garden complete with patio furniture and BBQ. Newlands is a narrow quiet street with limited parking. Cars may also be parked a short distance away around the village green where parking is free. A car is not necessary for access to local amenities and beaches.

3.If you are bringing a dog please do not leave him/her alone in the apartment. Most pubs and even restaurants on the island are dog friendly,
4.Please bring rugs/sheets etc to cover any furniture that the dog is likely to jump on.

Lovely flat in St Helen's. Really good location for walks. Both bed and sofa bed are comfy - my mum and I had a great stay!

Great location for touring and walking on the Isle of Wight. Lovely apartment with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Clean and well equipped. Patio area with furniture that catches the sun. Would visit again.

Great place to stay kid friendly lovely and clean would use again .easy access to explore the island parking not the best though

I have to regretfully agree that the parking situation has become more difficult and realistically, at least in the main holiday season, it is best not to rely on parking immediately outside but to drop off luggage etc and then park around the Green which is about 100 yards away at the top of the road.
