About Meadow View:
The kitchen-living-dining room leads onto a large patio which overlooks the River Windrush Water Meadows.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer
Living room and dining area with dining table and comfortable leather sofas. There is also Now TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime
Spacious bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Wooden floors through the bedroom and corridor

Outside:
There is a large balcony with patio area overlooking the meadow which is bordered by a wall either side creating privacy from neighbours.

A large positive of the property is a great view out of the large patio windows of the water meadow. You may be visited by a herd of cows grazing twice a day which is very pleasant.

“Great Meadow View”
Lovely apartment for two with fantastic view. The only slight downside was the only mirror was in the bathroom and although there was a shaver socket in the side of it, the nearest plug was about 9 me… More

“Witney gem perfect for single person or a couple”
The best time of my life during my UK visit. I stayed in this Witney gem for 3 months during the spring/summer of 2017. The place is immaculate with all new high end appliances and furniture. The fridge and separate freezer are larger than most. The bathroom is outstanding. There are 2 Large screen smart TV's along with excellent internet service. But the view visible through the full wall of sliding windows/doors is the best feature. Overlooking the meadow and the countryside along with the nightly visits by the resident horses is etched in my memory forever. The walk to 'downtown' Witney is easy and takes about 20 minutes once you find the shortcut. It should be noted that the unit is 32 steps down below street level where the assigned parking spot is located. Holiday Lettings was very responsive to requests.
