Pershore is a riverside Georgian market town in the heart of England with a great selection of restaurants, bars, and the convenience of a modest selection of high street shops.

For fine dining Bell House comes highly recommend. For a more modest evening out, The Pickled Plum is a short walk and has a warm atmosphere, great food, and cask ales.

There's plenty to do and see locally; from countryside walks to passing your time a few local galleries and antique shops.

“Car Wash Cottage”

On arrival at Amerie Barn Pershore we were pleasantly surprised. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we would need for our 2 month stay including tea, coffee, dishwater and washer tablets etc. However, it was throughly spoilt by a car wash that was situated behind the Barn. It opened at 8am until 6pm The continuous noise was horrendous. We weren’t able to sit outside until it was closed & on hot days we couldn’t open the windows. We were having a stressful few months house searching & we weren’t able to relax there. On many days we actually stayed out until the car wash was closed. It was such a shame as we liked Pershore very much and the local people are very friendly and welcoming. But on the basis of the barn being so noisy 7 days a week we would not recommend it to anyone and will certainly not be staying there again

“Another wonderful stay!”

This was our second stay at this property and the only downside was that we struggled getting into the property on both occasions, the first time because the key box number was changed and the second because the key box was faulty however, due to the lovely people who live in the neighbouring properties and a dedicated management company (as the owner lives abroad but responds quickly) we managed to resolve the problem. Anyway that is the only negative, this is a lovely property with the most fantastic downstairs space for a property its size, a well equipped kitchen, lovely dining and living area (the pictures do not give it justice) and on top of this, it is spotlessly clean. We have only stayed in the winter so the underfloor heating makes the place so cosy. Moving onto the location, well what can I say, Pershore is a lovely market town with an array of lovely food pubs, shops and restaurants with a massive dog friendly vibe (the staff in The Star are excellent and food is brilliant). Pershore Abbey is a splendid building and worth a visit. On top of all this you are a short drive from Worcester, the Malverns and the Cotswolds. Value for money and would not hesitate to stay there again.

“Perfect for 1 or 2 with a dog”

Great. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s perfect for our needs. Gated space for one car. Walkable into Pershore amenities. Close to great countryside. Dog-friendly.

“Barn visit”

Had a lovely weekend away in this barn. Was nice and cosy, very warm also. Provided with everything you need there also, little town center is about a 10 minute walk away for anything you may need. Bed was extremely comfy, only thing is the lightswitches and having to guess which one turns on which light. Would definitely return again.

Response from the owner We have since resolved the issues with the leaking shower and we have a new mattress. We have replaced the cleaning agency since this review due to similar feedback from other guests. I recently stayed at the property myself and it seems someone has sat down too heavily on the couch. We plan to replace it early 2019.
