The home proudly faces Merrivale Garden Square and Port Meadow and captures picturesque views of the Oxford canal from the property’s rear.

The area is quiet, family friendly yet a stone throw away from Jericho’s high street (Walton Well Road) alive with boutique shops, excellent restaurants, bars and cinema.

This architect designed 3 story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath town house is guaranteed to impress!

The home has been renovated to high-end specification creating luxury living on all levels, with an abundance of natural light throughout.

The ground level comprises of a relaxing reading room with gas fireplace, guest WC and a hallway that extends to a fully extended kitchen and dining room with floor to ceiling bi-fold glass doors, leading to a landscaped garden by Chelsea award winning designer, Sarah Naybour.

The state-of-the art kitchen has stunning Corian worktops, full length Corian island and breakfast bar with stunning porcelain tiles throughout, leading seamlessly onto the patio and garden path.

The second floor has 2 double bedrooms. There's an en-suite and a main bathroom on this floor. The luxurious modern bathrooms have under floor heating and heated mirrors.

The 3rd floor provides the wow factor - Master bedroom with en-suite, high ceilings with dormer window that creates a feeling of space and tranquility as it looks over the lovely rear garden and picturesque views over the Oxford canal.

The house will be fully prepared to the highest standards ready for your arrival and we include at no extra charge, a weekly deep clean with full linen and towel change for all 8+ nights bookings, to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

One reserved off road secure parking space is available and a second parking space can also be organised, but please let us know at the time of booking so we can arrange it.

This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out but please check with us so that we can confirm if this is possible for you.
