Enter the yard through your own semi Private gated entrance (the gardener also comes and goes from this gate) on a shared property, in a very quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of free street parking. Keyless entry smart door lock, Clean Fully furnished including clean linens, essentials for cooking, Iron and ironing board, High end Automatic Espresso Maker, electric wine opener, Cuisinart Blender, instant hot tea kettle, microwave oven, toaster, induction 2 burner stove top. lots of fruit including passionfruit, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, boysenberries, and raised bed veggie garden.
Please inquire first when bringing a pet. Pet fee applies and ranges depending on size and breed, for animals classified as dangerous breeds we accept at some properties and we provide liability renters insurance as part of your pet fee. Pet agreement must be signed and adhered to including providing a reputable flea control medication for your pet. We screen each animal for breed, size and behavior before booking. We'd love to see a photo of your pet as well!

Near mission bay (5 mins) and pacific beach (less than 5 miles to the sand), easy commute to downtown (15 mins) Nice, quiet, centrally located residential neighborhood with plenty of free street Parking and easy freeway access, nice neighbors, a park with playground, baseball fields & canyon trails 2.5 blocks walk. Walking distance to banks, shops, grocery stores Target, Marshall's Starbucks lots of Restaurants etc. (Less than a mile for some) 5 malls and movie theaters are located within a short 5-15 minute drive. (Clairemont Town Square, UTC Westfield Shopping Center, La Jolla 12 Theaters and shops, Fashion Valley mall & 18 plex theater, Mission Valley Mall & 20 plex) About 18 mins away are Balboa Park which has many museums and an IMAX Theater, and Mira Mesa Edwards Cinema which also has IMAX. Walking distance to multiple bus stops. The bus ride to UCSD is a straight shot on the 41 that is just a few minute walk from our house. We are less than 5 miles to Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach. 14 mins to UCSD 15 mins to Sea World 15 mins to La Jolla shores 16 mins to la Jolla cove 15 mins to Downtown / Gaslamp Quarter 18 mins To San Diego Zoo 18 mins to Coronado.
