Description

You'll love our luxurious Penthouse. It is directly in the MGM Casino Hotel Signature Tower right on the Las Vegas Strip. This provides you with enormous advantages versus other vacation rental locations. You will be staying in a condo directly connected to the huge MGM Hotel complex which includes a massive pool, hot tub, gym, dozens of wonderful restaurants / buffets, incredible shows, and the MGM casino itself. Our luxurious condo has stunning views, 2 private balconies, a separate living room, a full kitchen and 2 small kitchenettes, 3 king size beds, 3 queen size sleeper sofas, and 4 luxurious bathrooms. The condo sleeps up to 12. Free WiFi is available in every room. The full kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The 2 kitchenettes have cooktops, refrigerators, microwaves, toasters and coffee makers. The 4 luxurious bathrooms have Jacuzzi bathtubs, California showers, and double sinks. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD. Our guests have free access to the huge MGM pool complex, which features multiple pools, a waterfall, a lazy river, and a big hot tub. Our guests also have free access to the MGM Signature gym with state of the art equipment. Check-in and check-out are done at the front-desk just as in any hotel and are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Valet parking is free.

Our Penthouse condo is in the MGM Signature Tower directly in the MGM Hotel complex right on the Las Vegas Strip. Our condo has all the advantages of staying in an MGM hotel room and more, for substantially less money! The condo is on a penthouse floor, has a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip, and 2 private balconies to enjoy it from. Staying on the strip makes a Las Vegas vacation much more memorable. All the world famous attractions and casinos are within walking distance! The Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and a live Volcano can all be seen running down the legendary Vegas Strip! After a long night playing, laughing, eating, drinking, and dancing, you walk home up the Las Vegas Strip lit up as bright as daylight!

The 3 bedroom 4 bath condo is composed of a 1 bedroom Penthouse and an adjacent Penthouse suite which share a common outer door, plus a second adjacent Penthouse suite which is right next door. Their is a private bedroom and living room in the 1 bedroom Penthouse and a studio condo like layout in each of the 2 Penthouse suites. The luxurious condo combination has 3 king size beds and 3 sleeper sofas and, can sleep up to 12 people.

Making a reservation with us is very simple. You can:

In addition to this 3BR 4 BA Penthouse condo, we offer: a 2BR 3BA Penthouse Condo; another 2BR 3BA Penthouse Condo: a 2BR 2BA Penthouse Condo; another 2BR 2BA Penthouse Condo; a single Penthouse Suite (1BR 1BA); a second single Penthouse Suite (1BR 1BA); a third single Penthouse Suite (1BR 1BA); and finally a fourth single Penthouse Suite (1BR 1BA). How do damage deposits work?
