This stone-built terraced cottage in Tideswell can sleep four people in two bedrooms.1A Market Square is a lovely stone-built terraced cottage in Tideswell in the Peak District and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The accommodation is set over three floors. There is a ground floor well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The sitting room is located on the first floor with a shower room. Two double bedrooms can be found on the second floor. Outside there is a gravelled seating area and off road parking for one car. 1A Market Square is a perfect cottage in a lovely location.

Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with FreeSat, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in free public car park opposite. Gravelled area with seating. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurants 3 mins walk. Note: 1 x Double bed accessed from one side only in the smaller room. Note: Check in is from 4pm, check out is by 12pm. Please Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £250.

Region: The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: The village of Tideswell stands in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Famous for its fine church dedicated to St John the Baptist, known as "The Cathedral of the Peak", the village is also noted for its well dressing and carnival wakes. There is excellent walking with rugged peaks to the north, gentle hills and dales to the south and Millers Dale just outside the village. Mam Tor and Castleton are only a few miles away and the popular Spa town of Buxton is within a 15 minute drive. Tideswell has many fine country inns, a chemist, butchers, bakers and much more including a convenient supermarket open daily until 10pm. The pretty little market town of Bakewell is also just a short drive away and well worth a visit.
