South Shore 4 is our rare offering of 3 individual beach homes in one single building for a total offering of 7 Bedrooms + 5 Bathrooms that sleeps up to 21 guests (14 adults maximum). Located just 1 house from the ocean in desirable South Mission Beach! *Note no A/C in this home, fans are provided.
REMODEL FINISHES
Our goal with our new remodel was to capture the essence of beach living & provide our guests with best possible vacation experience. Features include light & bright spaces, with oversized windows to capture ocean & beach views, wonderful open floorplans making it ideal to spend time with your closest friends and family. All new kitchens featuring white cabinets, open shelving, sleek white Quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. Other highlights include modern ceiling fans to help keep cool, updated window treatments, new lighting, beautiful wood style tile flooring, custom paint throughout, new beds, wall mounted TV's, separate dining areas, & much more!
OTHER FEATURES
The first floor features an expansive ocean view Front Patio with outdoor seating & BBQ, a perfect gathering place for our guests! The upstairs front unit has a separate Ocean View balcony with amazing sit-down Ocean Views & bar high seating. Other highlights include stackable washer/dryer located inside each individual unit, and beach amenities including sand toys, chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards.

Fantastic 3-unit beach triplex. Each unit has their own individual entry & are not connected inside. Pricing reflects all 3 units. Have entire building to yourself for a combined 7 bedroom + 5 bathroom offering that sleeps 21 of your closest friends and family! All units have been beautifully remodeled, capturing the best in beach living. The following is a snapshot of our offerings:

Their team of local experts is ready to recommend and reserve everything from essentials like transportation and pre-arrival grocery delivery to local experiences like a s'mores beach bonfire and coveted restaurant reservations.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
