“lovely little house in a great position”

Great location in the centre of stamford and near to the railway station. Very clean and well equipped cottage with comfy beds and a very relaxing sofa! There is a very nice little conservatory at the back which looks out onto the meadow and river. Stamford centre is less than 5 mins easy walk and it has great shops, cafe and restaurants.

“Fabulous Cottage in a perfect location”

What an ideal location!! A short pleasant walk and you are in the centre of town a slightly longer one and you can be in the grounds of Burghley House, both are within very easy walking distance. The cottage itself exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and had all the amenities we required, even champagne glasses for our bubbles. Sarah’s communication was excellent throughout. We will certainly be paying another visit . Thank you Sarah, it really did feel like home from home.

An extremely comfortable house overlooking the river and park in Stamford. This was our second stay at a property where we can be 100% confident that everything is clean and beautifully maintained.

“Fabulous place”

This lovely little cottage was fabulous - immaculate, scrupulously clean and in a fantastic location! Smashing views over the river and meadow, with your own designated parking area, what more could you ask? Stamford town was stunning - vibrant, with lots of historical buildings, plenty of pubs and different eateries, shops and of course, lovely walks with a selection of distances for individual preferences. Will definitely be back next year for another visit as we found our 3 night stay was not long enough!! Thankyou Sarah! By the way, met your neighbour this morning, such a lovely lady! Highly recommend a visit!
