This lovely barn conversion is close to the city of Durham near to Chester-le-Street and can sleep two four people in two bedrooms.Sheep Pen Cottage is a lovely barn conversion close to the city of Durham and just eleven miles from Chester-le-Street in County Durham. The cottage can sleep four people in two super king-size bedrooms with en-suites. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a private enclosed courtyard with furniture. Sheep Pen Cottage is a lovely cottage to use as a base for exploring this delightful part of the country.

Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, radio, WiFi, selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.5 miles, pub 2 miles.
