Description

38 River Terrace, St Neots, is a three-bedroom townhouse located in the town's centre and overlooking the Marina and River Great Ouse.

River Terrace has two rooms with double beds and one king-sized room that can accommodate 4 guests.

The living area and kitchen are on the upper floor, while the bedrooms are on the ground floor. A king-sized bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe and chest of drawers are all in the master bedroom. Views of the Marina and River Ouse are a bonus for this accommodation. A double bed and nightstands and wardrobe can be found in bedroom number two. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, a nightstand, and a wardrobe.

The bathroom, which has a spacious shower, a toilet, and a sink, is located on the ground level.

The upper story has the living, dining area, and kitchen. The lounge also has the advantage of looking out over the Marina and the River Ouse. A spacious balcony with outdoor seating is accessible through bifold doors. Why not enjoy a bottle of wine while unwinding or feeding the fish or ducks while taking in the sunshine. An oak and glass table and chairs are in the living room together with a sizable corner sofa. On the wall is an LED smart TV with a Virgin Media connection providing TV and catch-up services on demand.

This floor also houses the kitchen, which has an electric hob and oven. In addition, there is a washer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, and toaster. Kitchen storage and work space are both plentiful.

Please be aware that there is only one authorised parking space, marked 38, which has space for one vehicle.

The lounge, dinning and kitchen are located on the upper floor. The lounge has the additional benefit of overlooking the Marina and the River Ouse. With patio doors leading out to a large balcony with rattan furniture, making full advantage of the views. Why not relax and unwind with a glass of wine or feeding the ducks or fish and enjoying the sunshine. The lounge has a large corner sofa with oak and glass table and chairs. There is a LED smart TV and Virgin Media connection.

The kitchen is also on this floor with Electric oven and Hob. There is also a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. There is ample kitchen cupboards and work space.

River Terrace also comes with the added benefits of Virgin Media Fibre Broadband and TV and one allocated parking spaces. NO PARKING ALLOWED ON THE DRIVEWAY IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. Parking is in the parking area. Our parking bay is on the right as you enter the parking area and numbered 38.

Why not park your car in the one of the allocated parking bays at the house and walk around. Everything is on your doorstep.

We always like to book our guests in and show you around, We only live 5 minutes from River Terrace so can assist quickly if there are any problems. We must advise that 38 River Terrace is a mid terrace property and we have elderly neighbors both sides. We ask at all time that our guests respect this. Parking is strictly prohibited on the driveway in front of the property. We have a allocated parking bay in the parking area. Our parking bay is to the right as you drive into the parking area and number 38.

“Great Stay in Lovely House”

We stayed in this lovely house for 2 nights. It is in a great position overlooking the river. It was perfect for sitting out on the balcony with a glass of wine. The house was very clean and tidy and the owners had left us lots of goodies including wine, cake, bread, milk and more. We would strongly recommended this house for a short break or even longer. Very good bus service into Cambridge.

The staircase is standard staircase with one flight of stairs to a landing and a further flight to the first floor. There are bannisters on both sections of the stairs and the treads to the staircase are standard size as you would have in most modern properties. As with most booking platforms you are asked for the number of guests when you inquiry with regard to any property. If you then alter the number of guests after you have booked then you are most likely to be charged an uplift for further guests.
