Description

Our beautifully restored Grade II star listed property once formed part of Molecey House and Mill. The Granary has a date stone on the gable end of 1773 and with stunning huge oak beams and sympathetically exposed stonework, new life has been breathed into this historic building. With its period architecture and authentic features our home has a rich history and many stories to tell.

Set amongst 12 acres of spectacular gardens, and surrounded by rivers, ponds and streams, the Granary is a tranquil and private place to escape. The mill pond at the front of the house is a great place to meet our resident swan family, the call of fen pheasants can be heard across the fields and a barn owl regularly hunts at dawn and dusk in the grounds. The River Welland forms one of our boundaries and is teaming with fish, the extensive gardens and islands are fantastic for exploring, picnics or den building.
