This beautiful Exclusively Eastbourne flat has been completely renovated throughout - with a brand new kitchen and bathroom, stylish furniture and plush grey carpets throughout.

Jevington Gardens is ideally located, just off the seafront and close to the theatres of Eastbourne. The town centre shops and restaurants are an easy stroll away, and the flat is within easy reach of the popular English language and private schools of Eastbourne.

With ramped access leading to the main front door and then set on one level within, this is an excellent choice for someone with mobility restrictions (not wheelchair adapted).

Inside, the contemporary open plan living space is airy and light, with a large window and high ceilings giving a sense of space.

The modern kitchen area has a mushroom gloss finish and includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave, plus utensils and cooking equipment.

A sofa and chair are available to relax in front of the Freeview TV, and a dining table to seat four is strategically placed by the window, boasting retro Eames-style dining chairs.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, triple wardrobe and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a double and has garden views, plus there is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

WiFi is provided, plus towels and linen, and there is parking on street. This property has a Saturday changeover and is bookable in week blocks in peak season, although flexible arrival dates and shorter stays may be possible out of season and last minute.

Lovely, clean, quiet apartment. Had everything we needed for our stay. In a great location. Staff responded quickly to any queries we had. Would definitely recommend. Hope to stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?
