Ocean Park/Condado area in San Juan, PR.
Stay at our One bedroom, literally steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in San Juan. Our clean, spacious apartments are situated in a quaint street in Ocean Park's gated residential community. Our neighborhood is a controlled access area. There is a security booth a block from our property from 7pm til morning. Free parking, first-come, first served.
Additional Studios and Two bedroom units at the same location. Ask for availability and rates.
The water is great for swimming as it is just sand and not rocky like other neighborhoods. Within blocks you find very calm areas for a relaxed family swim and wavy areas for the more adventurous ones.
Good for travelers with or without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, water sports, families with young children.
Walking distance to several beaches, laundry, yoga, grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy, great restaurants (local cuisine, seafood, international, organic, vegan vegetarian, etc.).
We are less than a two block walk to the public bus that runs from Isla Verde to Old San Juan. A 10 minute drive from San Juan International airport and 3.5 miles from the Convention Center.
We supply futon sheets when there is a third/fourth guest. When there are two guests please specify if you will need them. Toilet paper is there to get you started.
