Description

Nothing beats a condo in a perfect location for your getaway, and this vacation rental has both. You can even bring up to three small dogs along with the five guests that can be accommodated (4 adults).

Not only is this condo right across the street from the beach, but since it's set in Ocean Beach, you'll enjoy a small town feel, while still being close to eateries, shopping, and a wide range of activities. And while Ocean Beach can definitely keep the entire group happy for the whole trip, San Diego proper is just a few miles away.

Open and packed with all the essentials, this studio unit is the perfect home base. Faux wood tile floors, blue glass tiled accents, sky blue walls, and white vaulted ceilings are just a few of the ways this home stand out from your typical stuffy hotel room.

Inside this top-floor condo are two comfortable queen-size beds, so all four guests have a place to rest each night. The bathroom is furnished with a vanity complete with a raised glass sink and a stand-alone glass shower accented with more of the entrancing glass blue tiles found spotted throughout this home.

Meals are made easy with everything provided in the kitchen. Along with the essential stainless steel appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher are provided. All you have to bring along are your groceries and you'll have budget-friendly meals all week long.

The dining room table, with its overly comfortable chairs and bench seat, is great for more than just meals together. Bring board games or crafts to keep you happily occupied in between beach trips.

After a long day of wake-boarding lessons at the Mission Bay Aquatic Center, relax on the leather sofa while watching a show on the flatscreen cable TV. WiFi is also included here, so sharing photos of your epic vacation is a must.

Head out to the balcony to take in the breathtaking ocean view before heading out for a night on the town.

You won't want to leave your furry family members at home for this incredible vacation. And with Ocean Beach Dog Beach only half a mile away from this home, your dogs (up to three dogs each under 25 pounds) will even beg for a return trip. Please keep in mind that there is a nightly pet fee.

Take a stroll down Ocean Beach Pier, located just a few hundred yards away. Surf, boogie board, build sand castles, and simply relax under the sunny skies of Southern California. Take a much needed break from cooking your own meals and try any of the amazing eateries within walking distance. Hodad's is a local favorite and has some of the best burgers you'll ever taste. Or drive six miles into San Diego and bring your dog along to try delicious food at the Lazy Dog Restaurant.

Sea World is less than three miles away. Mission Beach is just over three miles away, and endless shopping can be found at Gaslamp Quarter and Seaport Village eight miles southeast. Don't miss out on visiting Balboa Park for educational museums, entrancing gardens, and the San Diego Zoo.

This unit is located across from the beach and in the Village area of Ocean Beach so you will have normal street noise and village noise. If this does not suit you, please do not rent this location.

This home is located adjacent to 2 other units so we ask our guests to respect those other guests and keep the noise level down to a minimum. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.

Laundry facilities will be located at the OB Hotel across the street. You have access to their coin laundry facilities.
