Sea Dreams has wonderful views over the English Channel and is literally moment from the promenade and beach.

This Exclusively Eastbourne apartment is ideal for friends and families who want to escape to the sea for fresh air, a dip in waves and a break from hectic lives.

The apartment is located in a prime spot close to the beach, theatres and town centre and also the sought-after Meads area, with independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

The open-plan lounge-kitchen-diner has the windows facing the sea and there are doors out onto a balcony overlooking the sea. There is a large Smart TV with FreeSat (so comes with access to channels such as YouTube and iPlayer as well as traditional TV) and the kitchen, with a huge window, provides arguably the finest views whilst washing up you are ever likely to encounter!

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave and washing machine, plus all the utensils you’ll need for a self catering break.

It has a master bedroom with a double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed, plus an extra pull-out single that can be set up for families of four. Both bedrooms have picturesque inland views over Lower Meads and the distant South Downs.

There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, plus a second shower room, so no queuing for the facilities.

WiFi is provided, along with all towels and linen. Parking is unrestricted on street. Bookings run from Sunday-to-Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days or short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.

Always rewarding to hear that the efforts are appreciated and our cleaner will be delighted :) We have immediately replaced the missing pillow protectors which had been washed, but not returned and I'm sorry if the pillows weren't perfect for you. We would check you in personally during normal times, but have had to resort to keysafes during Covid and this means that we didn't show you where the alternative pillows are stored in the cupboard (since some like flatter pillows, some a fuller shape). The balcony is shared, but I've only ever encountered the neighbours once in 4 years so I'm sorry if anyone was around. Thanks again for staying. Carl (at Exclusively Eastbourne Holiday Homes)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
