Response from the manager Hi 66smuffin, Thank you for your comments on your recent stay at Redgate and I am sorry you found the sofas to be uncomfortable. Customer comfort regarding seating is so difficult to get right for everyone but we have certainly taken your feedback on board! It is a shame that you took the decision to leave the property instead of contacting us beforehand, we would have loved the opportunity to try and assist you with anything during your stay. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know your thoughts, customer feedback is always very helpful! Kind regards, Becki at Sykes Cottages.
