This superb semi-detached barn conversion is in the village of North Molton in Devon and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.2 Huxtables is a lovely semi-detached barn conversion situated just off the village square of North Molton in North Devon and is on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms. One double, one twin and one single. There is a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, double walk-in rainfall shower, basin and WC. There is a small hallway, a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. There is a kitchen with a door leading to the patio area. Outside there there is an enclosed south-facing lawned garden and there is off road parking for one car. 2 Huxtables is a lovely barn and is perfect for a family wishing to explore Devon with both Exmoor and the coast within reach.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Range cooker with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, wine fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in hallway, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Property has steep stairs and there are steps from the patio up to the lawned garden.

Please note: Tight off road parking for 1 car or close parking against cottage wall for 1 car or 1 free of charge parking in the Square in the village 50 meters from the cottage, 1st come 1st serve basis.(for 1 car only)

Town: North Molton is an ideal base from which to explore Exmoor and North Devons coast. The village boasts a friendly pub, Post Office and a village shop, while just a few miles away, South Molton offers a range of shops and a twice weekly market. Within easy reach are forests, moors, rivers and beaches, along with churches and other buildings of historical significance, whilst just a mile or so away is the border of the Exmoor National Park.
