The house is located in the beautiful historic town of Nairn, in a quiet street less than 100m away from stunning beaches. Perfect spot to explore the Highlands, relax on the beach or play a round or 2 of golf! You’ll love my place, it has been renovated recently and it's very cosy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
The space:
You have access to the entire Cottage.
The cottage is on 2 levels. The fully fitted kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom are on the ground floor. There are 2 reasonably sized bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps one.
You’ll have access to the garden/area in front of the cottage. We will provide (kept in the outdoor storage) a little table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the sunny days.
The house is well equipped with anything you might need. The furnishing and linen is top quality from British companies like the White Company, Joules, John Lewis, Anta.
We provide hand soap, Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner from the Scottish Fine Soap Company.

“Superb spacious cottage”
Three of us, plus two dogs, stayed in this lovely cottage. An open living area off of the well appointed kitchen, with a large dining table and comfy chairs. The sitting room is a good size to relax in after long days of walking around stunning Nairnshire. Comfortable bedrooms, although if you’re tall you’ll have to watch you head! Lovely large bathroom with walk-in shower, with Scottish shower gel and shampoo. The host followed up during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to come back to stay in this Cosy Cottage by the sea.

“A snug retreat”
We had a great time in a wonderfully equipped, snug little cottage only a few minutes walk from the sea. Beautifully maintained and comfortable the fisherman's cottage is a great place to explore the beautiful beaches around Nairn, the mountains and, of course, Loch Ness.
