Sea Breeze is a fabulous ground floor apartment close to the seafront of Bournemouth boasting views of the sea from the apartment's terrace. BH2 leisure complex is just five minutes` walk down the road hosting numerous restaurants and cinema complex. Bournemouth gardens, pier and the seven miles of golden sands that is Bournemouth beach is within walking distance, making this an ideal location for a holiday home.
This property has been beautifully furnished throughout with modern bathrooms and fittings. It is fully equipped with flatscreen Smart TV and broadband facility. The front entrance leads you to the master bedroom (king-size 5ft double) with en-suite (shower, sink and toilet) and flat screen TV. Second bedroom (twin 2 x 2ft 6ins or zip and link king-size). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which includes integrated fridge/freezer, hob, oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer. Patio doors from both the lounge and dining area leads you onto the terraced patio overlooking the sea and town.
Parking - There is one allocated space within the development's underground parking.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - Smart 50 inch TV with Playstation and broadband facility.
Kitchen - Oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, De'Longhi Dolce Gusto Coffee machine, washer/drying machine.

“Fantastic stay”
This is a beautiful in a very central location within easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was very well equipped, beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the terrace was enormous, private with a lovely sea view.

Response from the manager Thank you for your feedback. We have liaised with the owner and various changes are now implemented with more following shortly. An additional comfortable chair has been added to the property. A moveable central kitchen island is being added to provided additional work space and a new bed is on order. Fresh new manuals have been printed to be left in the apartment. Also a further set of keys is being left in the property for guests use. The owner has constructively taken on board the comments and making as many improvements as possible.
