Very large one bedroom flat close to all main attractions, shops and restaurants. Perfect for weekends or business stays, this well-equipped, light and airy apartment is about as central as it gets. Step outside, and enjoy the best shopping in the south west, stroll to the cathedral or just enjoy a coffee & watch the world go by.

This is a unique opportunity to stay in one of the most sought after & central districts in Exeter. Exeter is not a city well-endowed with quality hotels & none have the combination of space. quality & location you will find here.

The delightful Exeter riverfront area is only a short walk, where you can hire bikes or canoes. Parking is available in 2 adjacent car parks (£12 for 24hrs). A slightly further walk of 5 minutes brings you a car park costing £6 per day. Depending on arrival time we can either meet you there or Keys will be posted to you. Please note that maximum occupancy is 2 adults/people in total. This property does not accept children or pets.

“Lovely little flat”

The central location is perfect for all sightseeing. The one tiny drawback to that is that you will hear drunken revellers returning home after nights out. Perhaps more annoying than that though is you are right next to Nationwide, and whenever someone uses the ATM you hear the beeps of them putting in their pin code. It is really loud when you are trying to sleep! The flat itself is lovely though, really well equipped, great furnishings and really easy to book. Definitely recommend, but bring ear plugs!

Response from the owner We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay in Exeter. Given that this is a city centre apartment a bit of noise is inevitable. However it may be that this guest was a bit more sensitive to noise than most. This is mainly because in the many times we have stayed at this apartment, we can honestly state that we have never heard any ATM beeps and the Nationwide has been around for a long time!. Nor would we agree that you will need ear plugs. We find that some street noise is inevitable but rarely, if ever, spoils a good nights sleep.

Very central, spacious apartment. Location is excellent, near cathedral stores, restaurants etc. Inside it is warm, plenty of light, even in spring & very spacious for a 1 bedroom place.

“Nice apartment in central location”

Overall a very good stay. Spacious well appointed apartment, comfortable bed and helpful hosts during the booking process. Two very minor drawbacks the first applies to most of the hotels in central Exeter and that is parking....not a major problem but a little walking is involved. Secondly some reviews have mentioned noise....there is a little noise from people walking through the precinct at the end of the evening but don't let that put you off.....we fell asleep easily and were not woken up!!
