Bright and luxurious 2nd floor two bedroom apartment, ideally located in the heart of historic Oxford City Centre, just a short walk from the railway station and a wide choice of excellent bars, restaurants, shops and famous attractions.
The Space
Finished to the highest standard with underfloor heating throughout, accommodation comprises of two beautifully decorated, double bedrooms; a stunning bathroom with contemporary rain shower; a bright and spacious open plan living area, complete with state of the art, high-spec kitchen, diner and lounge with 54” Smart TV. The apartment is served by super fast broadband and Amazon Echo.
You will find a “Your Welcome” tablet upon arrival, which will provide you with everything you need to know to make the most of your stay, including details of local attractions, shops, restaurants, take aways and bars.

Response from the owner Dear Rebecca, I appreciate that we were not able to resolve the TV fault and apologies for this. However, you only informed us at 10 pm that the TV was not working, we tried to help over the phone but were unable to get it to work between us, we arranged for maintenance to come the next morning, they arrived at the time agreed but unfortunately also were unable to repair the TV so we ordered a replacement immediately. The new TV was installed the next day, as you were there for just two nights, this was unfortunately done on the day of your departure. As discussed, we did offer compensation for the inconvenience, and this has already been issued, refunds may take a few days to show on your credit card statement. As for your other comments and the overall score of 1, I feel this is not a true reflection of the property given the 100+ other reviews that have a very different opinion. We try to minimise any inconvenience to all our guests and apologies once again, we hope to be able to make it up to you sometime in the future. Kind regards, Tim - Owner
