This luxury second floor apartment is in the coastal town of Ilfracombe in North Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.6 Arlington Villas is a luxurious, second floor apartment in the coastal town of Ilfracombe just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants of the town. The apartment can sleep four people in two bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite shower room and a versatile zip/link twin that can be a super king-size double on request. There is a family bathroom, separate utility and a magnificent and elegantly furnished open plan living area that encompasses a sleek high quality kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Patio doors lead out to a seaward facing balcony with views of Capstone Hill and Wildersmouth beach and captures the most mesmerizing sunsets over the sea. There is a gated secure car park with parking for one car and lockable store for a bike or surfboards. 6 Arlington Villas, is short walk to all the towns amenities and a wonderful choice for a relaxing seaside holiday without the need for any daily car journeys.
