Description
Delightful first floor flat in traditional stone built terrace with own private entrance on the outskirts of Crieff. Refurbished, decorated and furnished to high standard.
Two bedrooms one with super king size bed and the other with a king size . Both can be split into single beds. Cot/highchair and stairgate available on request. All bedding and towels provided.
Newly refurbished bathroom (2021) with walk-in shower cubicle serviced by electric shower.
Thirteen external steps lead to beautiful private enclosed garden! The garden has garden/patio seating and table. There is a lockable storage shed for bicycles. Bicycle access via gate to side road.
The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary cutlery, crockery and cookware. In addition to cooker/oven there is a microwave, washing machine, fridge, toaster and kettle.
Flat is within walking distance of the town centre and shops.
Free parking is generally readily available outside or near the flat.

“Perfection. Homely,comfortable property.”
The location is perfect walking distance to town.Peacful area .Clean ,and comfortable ,home from home.The owner has thought of everything .Lovely garden out back which is private .Would highly recommend this Accomadation.

Amazing flat in great location. Comfortable beds and great facilities, very much a home from home. A beautiful garden is located to the rear and is a great bonus to the flat. Will be back.
