Description
Welcome to our modern 2 bedroom apartment with a family bathroom and ensuite, fully functional kitchen and dinning area.
Highly decorated and Luxury fittings. It has its own parking space and the complex has its own security gates.
Opposite the apartment is a variety of shops bank and supermarket and there is also a market twice a week.
Bus stop just outside the gates which takes you straight to Liverpool Center (4miles), Liverpool airport (2 miles)and the famous lark lane(2.3miles) in Sefton park which you will find bars and restaraunts.

“Liverpool Culture Room”
The Apartment was a good size and comfortable Shops all within a few min walk of Garston. Liverpool Parkway st less than a 10 min walk and a short ride direct to Limestreet Two good showers in the apartment. A few very minor details were Two of the heaters were not working nothing a fuse won’t put right. Plus towel rail in the main bathroom wouldn’t work Again a quick fix. The Owner Clarke is always to hand if you had questions with a quick call. I would highly recommend staying there compared to hotel prices especially this time of the year. We are also going to re book early next year when I am back to Anfield watching my next game. Many thanks Clarke. Kind Regards James and Family

“One weekend in Liverpool.”
Great sized apartment, however could have done with another deep clean. Felt like we had arrived, shortly after an earlier guest. Sofas not clean, not enough toilet roll. Also upon arrival flat was freezing, heating should have been put on an hour or so beforehand. Parking was also unclear - the designated slots were filled when we had arrived. Overall it was an ok stay - tiny touches could have made this spectacular
