Description
With its location in a quiet residential road in the unique and historic town of Totnes, and only a ten minute walk to the town centre, the bungalow enjoys lovely views over the town and countryside to Dartmoor in the distance.
If walking or driving to the town doesn't appeal a local bus service can be boarded immediately outside of the property on weekdays.
The property has its own driveway affording off-road parking while to the rear is a private garden consisting of a patio area and lawn complete with garden seating.
Inside the bungalow is bright, airy and of a modern style. The entrance hallway leads to the kitchen and to the living/dining room. There are two bedrooms; a double and a single. French windows lead out onto the patio from the double bedroom.
The bathroom consists of a standard bath with electric shower, washbasin and WC.
Heating is by gas central heating. ( There are no additional charges for the use of electricity, gas and water.)
Totnes has a wealth of history behind it with its Clock Tower (East Gate) and Castle being prominent features of the town. For many people the character and feel of the town is something which is immediately noticeable.
Being the lowest bridging point of the River Dart, Totnes is also something of a route centre, having good connectivity to the major centres of the area such as Torbay, Plymouth and Exeter either by road or rail. It is also well placed for excursions to the beautiful South Hams and its coastline and the wilder beauty of Dartmoor.
