Holiday Rental House - 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6

The best position on the lake for this 3 storey turret style lodge in the secure gated community of the Cotswold Water Park with outstanding views of the water from every window on every floor. Whether you are looking for a holiday for outdoor activities, family fun, walking with your pets, relaxation and tranquility, a friends get together or just a weekend away, we can provide that for you in this beautiful house in its wonderful location.

Private wraparound deck with gas fired BBQ and lots of outside furniture, catching the sun all day and lake views in the evening. Tastefully furnished, spacious, stylish, bright and airy inside. Highly equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking and dining. Technology fans will love the top of the range television and blu-ray home cinema system. with wireless internet available and BT TV including BT sports channels. Pets allowed, please call to discuss, but must remain downstairs off carpet areas. pet gates provided. Ground floor is light and spacious with opening french doors on the lakeside views, open plan living area with very well equipped kitchen to the side. First floor has one king size bedroom and one twin bedroom with a good sized bathroom easily accessed by both bedrooms. On the top floor is a very spacious private king size master bedroom with a lovely on-suite.The view of the water is so close that in the master bedroom you feel as if you are on a boat, in your own private cabin.

“Relaxing weekend away”

Had a lovely, peaceful weekend at South Cerney. The house is well equipped to make yourself feel at home and the view of the lake is very calming. Close to Cirencester, you can easily get around the rest of the Cotswolds with most things within a 30 minute drive. Beccy was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended!
