Tulum Apartment is located on the first level of La Esmeralda. Upon Entering you will have access to:

The kitchenette has been completely remodeled and includes a refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove top, microwave, coffee machine, full dinner set, pans, kitchen utensils & complimentary 100% local coffee.

The Living Room area is right next to the kitchenette and is equipped with a 40" Smart TV, Oversized Neighborhood Map with all the local spots, comfortable custom designed sofa and a dining table for two.This area has a tower fan but no Air Conditioning.

The Bedroom has a has a King Size Bed, Spacious Closet, a sitting hammock, an en-suite bathroom with a standard spacious shower and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, towels, etc... ). and Air Conditioner.

There is also a private outdoor patio that has two chairs and table facing our bushed garden.

Getting around

You will be staying right in-between McLeary Avenue & Loiza Street. Both very well known streets in our little neighborhood. Towards one side of McLeary will take you straight into Isla Verde/Piñones Beach and the other side will take you towards Condado/Old San Juan, both of these are a straight drive once you are on McLeary Avenue. The running park next door has free parking if you're interested in this. On the other side you have Loiza Street, a up-and-coming extension of the Art District and PR's Local Movement. Here you will find over 50+ restaurants, bars, souvenirs shops, pharmacies and many more that are all family run and as local as you can get. If you rent a car let us know we do have parking available but besides this Ubers &

I will be available during most of the day since we will always be in-and-out from the property, I will give you our phone numbers for easy reach & communication. If you ever need anything feel free to contact me at any moment. I live about 5 mins away from La Esmeralda and I could be there in a flash for any emergencies.

- Pets can be brought to stay in our property but does have an additional cleaning fee of $50.00
