Description

One of two beautifully renovated Coastguard Cottages completed in July 2017 to a high standard. Situated within a stones throw of Southbourne Beach with panoramic sea views from all bedrooms.

Each Cottage has 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has either a king size bed or twin beds, stunning sea and garden views and en-suite shower room. All gardens are now fully enclosed and dog/child safe.

Bedroom 2 is on the 2nd floor with restrictive head height, although absolutely fine for adults, double bed and stunning panoramic views from Old Harry Rocks to The Needles & Isle of White.

There is also a family bathroom with overhead shower.

Downstairs there is a large open plan living area, with large sofabed, dining for 6 and fully integrated kitchen with, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave & toaster. There is also a utility area with washer/dryer.

The front of the property has beautifully designed gardens, decking with seating and off road parking. The rear of the Cottage has another decked area which catches the evening sun, along with BBQ area, bike storage etc.

The Cottages are a short walk to Hengistbury Head with its visitors centre and land train to Mudeford Spit, a lovely day out for the family. Historic Christchurch is very close by with its Ancient Priory, Castle, river walks, Quay with Quamps Splash Park for the little ones (free), boat & ferry rides and abundance of restaurants, bars & shops.

Southbourne is a short walk away with shops, supermarkets, restaurants & bars. Also we have The New Forest 10 minutes away with its beautiful villages, county pubs, New Forest Ponies and wild donkeys.

Bournemouth Town Centre is a 10 minute drive.

We will provide everything you need for your holiday, from towels & beach towels, hair dryers to high chairs and travel cots.

Getting around

Bournemouth isn't a large town, so nothing is far away. However, a car would be useful as there's lots to see around these parts other than just the beaches! Bicycles are a great way to get around Bournemouth & Christchurch, there is bike storage at the property.

How do damage deposits work?
