Description

Red Oak Barn is an architect-designed luxury barn conversion accommodating ten people, completed in August 2017. Situated in a country lane yet just ten minutes from the vibrant city of Lincoln with its history, shopping and nightlife, it maintains the very attractive rural exterior with its own large private garden with huge swim spa, outdoor hot shower and barbecue. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor, all individually designed and en suite.

How do damage deposits work?
