Waters Edge is a stunning collection of contemporary styled, luxury holiday homes in the Cotswold Water Park. These architecturally inspired, lakeside holiday homes have stunning views over the 28-acre lake and each property benefits from a large decking area which gives you the illusion of being suspended over the water’s edge. Waters Edge is ideally situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park, England’s largest wetlands nature reserve, only 5 miles from Cirencester and just 90 minutes from London.
The property is extremely well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The spacious living/kitchen/dining areas makes the property an excellent option for group holiday bookings, family gatherings or simply a short break with friends. Each bedroom is of a large size with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also benefits from a private lakeside balcony with seating.
Waters Edge is within walking distance to the picturesque village of South Cerney and Cerney Wick, home to some fabulous country pubs, local amenities and country charm. Enjoy water sports, fishing, walking and nature trails throughout the immediate area, or just sit back, relax and enjoy the hot tub whilst enjoying the view over the lake.

“Beautiful location”
We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and suited us as we were visiting for the RIAT 22 at Fairford just up the road. The lodge was well equipped and the cake/milk/prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. We enjoyed having use of the hot tub on such a warm weekend. Contact with the host was also timely. We would definitely recommend this lodge.

“Amazing stay!”
We had such an amazing stay and would definitely come back! Every detail is thought of! The location is amazing with lots of lovely restaurants within close proximity. Jo gave us all details we needed to ensure we had a lovely stay too. Location is lovely and you feel really safe when you’re there.
