Fully remodelled 4 bedroom coastal home in this quintessential English seaside town; great views to the sea, walking distance to lovely high street and sandy beach, large garden with BBQ and parking.
This lovely seaside home has just undergone a major refurbishment and has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. Inside, past the front porch area is a front lounge complete with new sofas and Sky QBox. The kitchen and dining area is completely open plan and a lovely modern space in which to relax after a busy day at the beach - all the facilities you would expect, including a Rangemaster oven, formal dining table if you fancy entertaining (!), breakfast bar and separate utility room. The bifold doors open directly onto the back garden, where you will find lots of seating and a brand new large gas BBQ.
Downstairs you will find 3 double bedrooms, 1 of which is ensuite and a family bathroom, complete with bath and digitally controlled shower. The rooms have been designed to offer the maximum flexibility in sleeping arrangements, with 1 bunk room with additional trundle bed, and 2 twins which can be set up as king beds. Upstairs, you will find the master suite, complete with King Size bed, sofa (which also acts as sofa bed), ensuite wet room and snug (at time of writing, snug room is still to be furnished!) The snug will lead directly out onto a glass fronted terrace by the end of September, affording lovely views of the sea. This lovely house welcomes careful guests who want a really relaxing holiday by the seaside!

“Lovely place to stay”
Lovely house, well equipped. Nice spaces for relaxing as we were 3 families. Comfortable beds and great large kitchen dining area. Roof terrace with seating gorgeous on warm evening

“Lovely, well furbished house for groups”
The house was perfect for 9 of us staying for the weekend. We were there for a 90th birthday of someone who needed step free access and space for a mobility scooter. It did very well, would recommend!

“Great Location and Lovely House”
This house is in the perfect location to be able to walk into Lyme Regis and enjoy a short break. We stayed in a group of 8 adults, and had a fantastic time. The house was well equipped and spotless when we arrived. If the weather had been better in the evenings, we would have really enjoyed the terrace on the top floor - but it was lovely Sunday morning!
