Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment. Set in a stone-faced Victorian villa, typical of graceful Lytham St Annes. The apartment is well equipped with flat screen tv, DVD player, fitted kitchen with hob, microwave cooker and fridge. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property. There is unrestricted free parking outside or near to Woodlands.

We are situated in a quiet area only 200 metres from the beach, 50 metres from beautiful Ashton Gardens and a 5 minute walk through the gardens to St Annes Square and the main shopping area and restaurant quarter.

For those wishing to visit Blackpool, the UK's most popular holiday resort, yet stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle, we are only a ten minute drive away. For golfers, this quaint seaside town is home to the world famous Royal Lytham St Annes championship golf club and there are three other magnificent courses within a ten minute drive. For the less energetic there is an award winning day spa nearby.

Woodlands apartments are in a central position in the town, which has bus links to local areas and beyond. The railway station is only 400 metres from the apartments, linking St Annes with Preston from where trains can be taken to Manchester, Liverpool or the picturesque Lake District within one hour. St. Annes has a wealth of popular pubs and restaurants as well as a public swimming pool, cinema and theatre.

Various events are held throughout the year. The week long Lytham festival in July boasts some of the world's biggest music stars and St Annes international kite festival in September attracts visitors worldwide.

Other one and two bedroom apartments are available at Woodlands.

Please note that our apartments are on the first and second floors and are accessed by stairs so might not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

Getting around

Woodlands is 400m from St Annes railway station. From here, trains can be caught to Blackpool or to Preston from where the national rail network takes travellers in all directions. For a leisurely day in the Lake District, a trip to Lake Windermere is recommended or for museums and cultural activities Liverpool and Manchester are within easy reach for a day trip. Children will love the rides at the Pleasure Beach or the Sandcastle, the UK's biggest indoor waterpark. Perhaps, you prefer to take in one of the many shows in nearby Blackpool or visit the popular zoo or Stanley Park, voted the UK's best public park in 2019. For a peaceful outing why not explore the quaint villages of the Fylde and enjoy lunch at one of their charming inns.
