The Space – Mathus Gardens offers an excellent level of comfort, style and convenience and has been kitted out for modern living with Smart TV and a great living area for socialising, dining or enjoying a crisp glass of wine as the sun goes down.

Guest Access – At Aspire Aparthotels we operate an Express Check-in where guests are able to pick up a key to access the property on arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience, even if you arrive late at night.

Interaction - Guests will receive full instructions on how to access the property including a four-digit combination for the Key Safes located outside the property prior to arrival. We will also provide a house manual to assist you with understanding all of the features of the property for your convenience.

Other things to note – We have private and secure underground car parking at Mathus Gardens just steps away from your accommodation.

The Neighbourhood

Overview - The property is ideally located for shopping, restaurants, pubs, bars and transportation. Mathus Gardens is only a 3 minute walk from the Grafton Centre, Tesco supermarket, Newmarket Road Retail Park including Pizza Hut, Starbucks and a host of other well known chains. The property is only a few minutes walk from the River Cam.

Getting Around - Those travelling in by train can walk to the property from the station in 10 minutes. However, if preferred or you are laden with luggage, one can easily raise a taxi for just a few pounds.

Location

The property is located approximately 500 yards from the Hills Road, Regent Street and Parkers Piece where there is often a variety of interesting ad-hoc season offerings such as carnivals, festivals and a pop up ice skating ring in the winter months. Access to Cambridge University, the Business Park and Science park are all close by.

House Manual

Everything in the property is fairly self-explanatory and is much like most residential dwellings and homes. Heating and hot water are provided by a combination boiler and is constant and on demand. Heating is set at a comfortable ambient level and can be adjusted using the thermostatic radiator valves in each room. Fast WIFI internet connectivity is freely available and a smart TV is provided with access to our Netflix account for on demand viewing of movies and more.

“Christmas in cambridge”

My husband and I spent Christmas here with my mother in law. We loved the flat and Cambridge was one of the most pleasant parts of England we have been to. The owner of the flat was responsive and very helpful. The flat is in a lovely part of Cambridge located close to the city center and walking distance to just about everything. We had a tricky time with the washer/dryer but were able to manage with it. We enjoyed the stay and may book the flat again if it is available on our next trip. Cambridge is great and we are happy we booked this flat.
