Take respite in this GORGEOUS home nestled at the edge of the woods! Home sits on 40 acres shared with only 7 other homes in community called Tall Pines. New to Tall Pines is a salt water community swimming pool shared by only these 7 homes.

The Sanctuary is a unique, contemporary home built into the slope and natural landscape of Tall Pines. Part of the Amazing Branson Rentals and *************** family, The Sanctuary is the first of 7 homes that are strategically positioned on this 40-acre estate. Your privacy and access to stunning views are our priority. Located off State Highway UU, Tall Pines is a quick 20-minute jaunt to Branson attractions. The architecture of The Sanctuary was inspired by the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright whose use of light, water, and natural surroundings accentuate the home. Blending home and the landscape is beautiful mature climbing ivy complemented with the generous use of native hand-laid stone, wood, and beautiful glass. The home features extensive stonework, waterfalls, and ponds that contribute to the peaceful atmosphere. The deck, with its hot tub, outdoor pool table, and patio furniture, is the perfect place to relax and take in the views. Get ready to Make Memories and Start Traditions in this stunning setting!

Inside the Sanctuary you will find an open concept kitchen with new stone countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is a well-lit dining area with windows facing the forest that brings the outdoors in year-round. Between the living and dining areas is a stunning solarium. Perfect for a morning coffee, book, or glass of wine, the solarium offers a 180 - degree view of the forest and its towering pine trees. At the day's end, you will find a luxurious master suite downstairs with an ensuite – bathroom that has recently been remodeled. The downstairs area is where you will find the Kitchen, Family room, Laundry, Bathroom with shower, and the Master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, and in an adjacent room, there is a bunk bed with a twin/full/twin configuration in the event you want the kids on the same level. Upstairs offers two bedrooms with a shared bathroom that has also been recently remodeled. The first offers a King-sized four-poster bed, the second has a Queen sized bed. This home does offer free internet but speeds may not support streaming services. Pack N Play and High chair can be made available for an additional fee. *************** is pleased to offer Tesla and a Universal Car Charger for guests driving electric or hybrid vehicles.

We do update our photos and videos very regularly. We, unfortunately, did experience a well issue in December due to some extreme weather, but we are thrilled that we were able to get the well back up and running very quickly.We so appreciate your feedback!
