This beautiful second floor apartment is in the coastal town of Ilfracombe in North Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.5 Arlington Villas is a beautiful, third floor apartment in the coastal town of Ilfracombe just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants of the town. The apartment can sleep four people in two bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin. There is a family bathroom, separate utility and an and open plan living area that encompasses a sleek high quality kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Patio doors lead out to a seaward facing balcony with views of Capstone Hill and Wildersmouth beach and where you can enjoy the most amazing sunsets over the sea. There is a gated secure car park with parking for one car and lockable store for a bike or surfboards. 5 Arlington Villas is a wonderful choice for a relaxing, traditional seaside holiday.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, beach and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Due to balcony, children must be supervised at all times.

Ilfracombe's heritage harbour and quay are spectacular, with many pubs, restaurants (including three listed in the Michelin Guide 2017) and shops that create a lively, friendly atmosphere.
