This stone detached cottage is located in the village of Brassington near Carsington Water and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Sundial Cottage is a stone detached retreat situated in the village of Brassington in Derbyshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size double with a day bed and a twin, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a shower room, kitchen, sitting room with wood burner and an open plan sitting and dining area with a wood burner. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a garden with sun terrace, patio area and furniture. Resting in a beautiful setting and close to places of interest, Sundial Cottage is a homely retreat in a relaxing part of England.

Electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi, audio unit with CD, Bluetooth and internet radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Landline number provided for any incoming calls and for emergency outgoing calls (mobile phone signal variable). Oil, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, travel cot and highchair available. Lockable bike store. Off road parking in cottages driveway for 2 cars. Garden with patios, sun terrace, furniture and barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops in Wirksworth 4 miles. Please note - there is an £18 pet charge.

Town: Within the village of Brassington, there are two pubs (both serving good food), and further amenities available in nearby Matlock, Ashbourne and Bakewell. Close by is beautiful Carsington Water, covering 750 acres with some of the best sailing in the country. The site also offers boating, biking and windsurfing, along with shops, a restaurant and a childrens adventure playground. An excellent base for exploring the Peak District.
