A lovely cottage set on a working farm in Watermouth near Berrynarbor in Devon and can sleep five people in two bedrooms.Heron Cottage is a lovely cottage set on a working farm in Watermouth near Berrynarbor in Devon and can sleep five people. There is a double bedroom, a family room with three single beds, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for one car, a private courtyard with furniture, a shared private beach 500 yards away and a shared picnic area, dog exercise field and playground. Heron Cottage is an ideal holiday base.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Shared utility room with 2 x coin-operated washing machine and 1 x coin-operated tumble dryer, fridge, freezer and iron. TV with Freeview. WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair on request. designated parking space, smoke free, dishwasher, seaside, wifi/broadband, dog friendly, stair-gate available, cot available, highchair available, family friendly, children friendly. Shared courtyard with furniture. Shared private beach 500 yards. Shared picnic area, dog exercise field, playground. One well-behaved dog welcome at a charge of £15.00. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Check-in time 4pm. This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100. Note: The owners do have Wi-fi in the cottages, however being in a secluded spot, the wi-fi speed is much slower, which means streaming etc can be difficult Sending and receiving emails and messages is fine as well as internet browsing They are continuously investing in top of the range boosters to improve this but sometimes guests may experience intermittency This is beyond their control. Please note: Between 1st April - 30th September, this owner can only accommodate bookings on Friday changeovers.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: The village of Berrynarbor is ideally placed at the end of the wonderful Sterridge Valley. The village is surrounded by woodlands and farms. The narrow streets are beautifully lined with cottages, gardens and floral displays. This part of Devon is also designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, perfect for walkers and birdwatchers, due to the coastal cliffs and rugged landscape. The North Devon Coastal Path is also an essential part of your holiday if you enjoy walking. The coastal towns and villages of Illfracombe, Combe Martin, Barnstaple and Woolacombe are only a short drive away. This area of North Devon is in a beautiful part of the country and a region that the whole family will enjoy all year round.

“Lovely cottage, great location”
